Nanobots

Nanobots are not necessary for many of the things that can be done to bodies and minds but they are crucial when it comes to mind reading and precise in body telemetry amongst other things. Their development is much further along than is widely known. They operate on a nanometre scale which is one millionth of a millimetre. They function as little electrodes that can be sent anywhere in the body and once inside the brain can both read and write from single neurons. They don't require batteries as they are powered from outside the body. They are wirelessly controlled from the outside. They can reform into different, bigger bots, to make blood clots in the brain for example. They can be distributed by air.

Size

Nanobots as large as 5 nm can already be modified. There are already processors of 5 nm. For comparison: 6 nm is the same size as 25 atoms. Nanobots can be injected, as has been done here in flies (last slide). Also: a 5 nm cyborg bot that is part stem cell and part nanobot, where the bone tells the stem cell what to become, and a 9 nm DNA bot. Videos from here , here, here and here .

Electrodes

Nanobots are small electrodes. In the case of neurograins, they are even small radios that can transmit and add information.

Go anywhere through your bloodstream

Operate on single neuron level

They operate at the subcellular level, at the level of a single neuron, and in real time. From here and here.

Remotely controlled and don't require batteries

They are remotely controlled and don't require batteries as they are in "passive mode", meaning they can be sent anywhere by means of an outside power source such as ultrasound or a magnetic field.

Autoassemble

They can be reassembled into bigger bots by outside influences such as an electric field. This can create blood clotting in the brain eg, leading to the possibility of a stroke caused by others onto you. Or you can use them, once inside the body, to build bigger things like shanks or moats or robotarms fur further exploration and manipulation of the person's body.

Distributed by air

Graphene nano carbon bots can be distributed by air and, once inhaled, gain access to your organs through the blood. They are present in cloud seeding ( a way to make it rain) aka chemtrails, in exhaust fumes from car's catalysators and in general aerosol cans. 

Cells can be remotely controlled and manipulated by the use of magnetic nanoparticles. You can influence someone's emotions that way, at a distance and without the person knowing it, through magnetic fields and radiowaves.
